About Me
I'm a Cloud Infrastructure Developer at GovTech Barbados, where I design, provision, and secure the cloud infrastructure behind public-sector digital services. Everything is defined as code with Terraform and CloudFormation and shipped through automated CI/CD pipelines.
Before that, I strengthened enterprise security across a 14-account AWS organization with 2,000+ resources: achieving SOC 2 compliance with a 97.2% audit score and zero critical findings, remediating 500+ CVEs within 30 days, and cutting cloud spend by approximately $150K annually. I am currently pursuing the AWS DevOps Engineer Professional certification.
I also build at the intersection of cloud and AI. Anthropic-certified across the Claude API, agentic coding, the Model Context Protocol, and Claude on Amazon Bedrock, I bring AI-assisted workflows into how infrastructure is designed, secured, and shipped.

MathMentor Barbados: Socratic AI Math Tutor
Students learn more from guided struggle than from handed-over answers. Built a Bajan Socratic math tutor powered by Claude on Amazon Bedrock, syllabus-aware from Common Entrance to CSEC/CXC: a serverless Lambda backend enforces one-hint-at-a-time pedagogy, a KaTeX chat frontend renders the math, and OpenTofu deploys the stack behind CloudFront.
Hurricane-Ready: Bajan Storm Alerts
Most storms don't hit Barbados directly, they pass nearby and still bring damaging wind, rain, and seas. Built a hurricane-preparedness service that watches the NOAA/NHC feed, computes the threat deterministically (so software, never AI, decides how worried to be), and has Claude on Bedrock explain it calmly. Ships as one hardened container on ECS Fargate behind CloudFront, with SMS/email/webhook alerts and a Beryl 2024 replay mode.
Secure Public-Sector Landing Zone
Government and regulated teams rebuild the same AWS account baseline every time. Built a modular OpenTofu landing zone: organization guardrails as code (SCPs for root denial, region allowlists, IMDSv2), a CIS-aligned detective baseline (CloudTrail, Config, Security Hub), and an AI assistant that turns live findings into SOC 2-style evidence packs using Claude on Bedrock.
Zero-Downtime Delivery Pipeline
Deployments should be boring. Built a progressive-delivery reference pipeline: blue/green ECS Fargate through CodeDeploy with 10% canary traffic shifting, CloudWatch alarm-triggered automatic rollback, and keyless OIDC CI/CD from GitHub Actions, all defined in OpenTofu. Includes a chaos switch that demos a live rollback with zero failed requests on the stable path.
SOC2 ML Image Analyzer
Enterprises need ML image analysis that meets strict compliance requirements. Built a SOC 2-compliant service using Deepface for facial recognition, with containerized deployment on AWS SageMaker and comprehensive security controls, achieving a 97.2% compliance score with sub-5-minute deployments.
